Stevi M, “From Deprivation to Celebration”

“She joyfully discovered that she CAN have her cake and eat it too – minus the guilt.”

I am thrilled to bring this interview to you with singer/songwriter Stephanie Horowitz-Mulry, aka, Stevi M. Stephanie joined my Facebook group, Delicious Alignment about a year ago and was so excited to find a community that combines the Law of Attraction with all things food freedom and body love.

I’ve enjoyed getting to know Stephanie through the various programs and coaching sessions she’s had with me, as well as hearing her beautiful singing voice on her videos on social media.

Stephanie is funny, she is talented and she is soooooo real. Today she bares her soul with her own special brand of wit and humor. She talks about her evolution with her relationship with food – from one of deprivation to one of enjoyment and celebration. She has joyfully discovered that she CAN have her cake and eat it too – minus the guilt.

Stevi M writes and sings the most fun and inspiring songs, many of them with empowering lyrics about loving our bodies. Described as a musical chameleon who can move seamlessly from the concert hall to the jazz club and everywhere in between, Stephanie is a performer at her core and I’m so excited to bring this entertaining and enlightening conversation to you.
