Former Major League Coach, Doug White on the Benefits of Emotional Awareness
Doug White is not only my first male interview on this podcast, he is also my first multiple Abraham Hicks Hot Seater, meaning he’s been in the Hot Seat many, many times and is affectionately known in Abraham Hicks circles as “The Baseball Guy.” Doug is a former Major League Baseball Pitching Coach and was Director of Pitching for the Los Angeles Angels. Prior to that he was the Assistant Pitching Coach for the Houston Astros while also spending time as their pitching coordinator. Doug has won four championships in his last six years as a minor league pitching coach while also being a part of two World Series championship organizations. Fast forward to today, Doug has taken his expertise as a Major League Pitching Coach and combined it with his passion for personal growth to cofound Soul Centered Workshops. He is also the cofounder of the Mindful Vibin’ Podcast with his sister, Dr. Jen Huberty. As an Emotional Awareness Coach, Doug’s understanding and explanation of how we can use our emotions as our guide allows his clients to harness their individual power to deliberately create their own lives.
