Selina Penner: From Chronic Fatigue to Chronic Joy

Selina Penner shares how she got happy and healthy after years of anxiety and ill health including chronic fatigue and digestive issues with the help of the teachings of Abraham Hicks. “I soothed myself whenever I started thinking thoughts of doom and gloom,” she shares. “I started making a list of things I appreciate first thing upon waking up. I made appreciating the things on my bed like my pillow and blankets on my bed an art form, and everything started getting better.”

Selina lives in Winnipeg, Canada where she enjoys dancing, playing board games and working with kids. One of my favorite parts of the interview is when Selina goes on a rampage about how much she loves fruit, after not eating fruit for many, many years, including how bananas she is for bananas.
