Laurie Richardone: The Joy and Simplicity of Seasonal Cooking
Today I interview Seasonal chef and Holistic Coach, Laurie RIchardone. Laurie teaches cooking classes on healthy, seasonal eating, has written books on cultural cooking, and empowers people to achieve well-being through food and lifestyle. Her podcast, A Taste for All Seasons explores vibrant, delicious living through the food we eat and the mindfulness we practice.
On a side note, turns out we’re both former hairdressers, both originally from New York City, both were guided to move to Asheville, NC and both love food! What a “coincidence!”
