How I Released 100 lbs by Getting Happy with Nicole Hale

Nicole, 57, says she is the “healthiest, happiest and fittest she’s been in years.”

I met Nicole on my first-ever Abraham-Hicks cruise last month. We hit it off immediately.

The reason I’m so excited to share this interview with you is because during my first meeting with Nicole, which was at an amazing restaurant on the ship, by the way, called Le Petit, I learned that Nicole released 100 pounds five years ago – and has kept it off since.

Of course, I wanted to know more – because, after all, she’s into Abraham and the Law of Attraction. I wanted to know all the details so I could share them with you.I hope you enjoy the interview and get some really good nuggets out of it!

Takeaways From This Episode

  1. Stop treating your body like the enemy. Instead, find reasons to appreciate your body. Think of all the magnificent things it does without you having to lift a finger.
  2. Instead of beating yourself up when you’ve eaten something you think you shouldn’t have, begin to practice the art of soothing yourself.
  3. Take a look at your beliefs and see what adjustments need to be made. Ask yourself, which beliefs are in alignment with your desires and which ones are counterproductive.
  4. You can’t appreciate your food choices and judge them at the same time. So why not practice appreciating your food more? In so doing, you’ll keep raising your vibration on the topic.
  5. Forget about what happened yesterday. Every day is a brand-new opportunity to start fresh.
  6. Be open. Look for new ways to feel better. Discover new methods and habits to connect with your Inner Being so you can follow the path of least resistance.
  7. Find things you love to do and do them.
  8. You don’t have to know the whole plan. Just take it one guided step at a time.
  9. Don’t force anything.
  10. Have things to look forward to. It keeps you vibing high.
