Can Food Guilt Go Away?

Mary initially came to me because she was experiencing lots of guilt and shame around food. As you’ll hear, after just one session, she shares how the guilt that was plaguing her before has largely dissipated. While results differ with everyone, it doesn’t have to take years and years to discover food freedom.

Mary uses this new session with me to help her feel better about why she’s not taking action toward one of her goals: training for a 5K.
